In Phase 1, Wheaton teamed up with CIBER to re-implement Lawson Financial Management and Human Capital Management suites to provide streamlined processes and reporting. Together, we also prepared for rollout of the Lawson solution to additional hospitals. For Phase 2, Wheaton and CIBER implemented the Lawson Financials and Human Capital Management with Wheaton hospitals in the Iowa and Illinois regions. Earlier this year the health system and CIBER began moving forward with Phase 3, implementing Lawson Business Intelligence, Process Flow and Self-Service modules for associations system wide.
